2022-07-19 14:08:30 Sawyer, the child, recently lost her mother to a sudden and unexpected death. We, her aunts, are working on getting her medical records etc. At this time we feel it's best for her to be in daycare environment where she can make friends and get ready for kindergarten. 2022-07-19 14:08:30 Child will be coming on Friday for a few hours. Starting FT on Monday, 7/25 Called 7/15 12nn. Inquiring about enrolling niece for summer camp then pre-k/k in the fall. Asked about space and I told her we have availability. Mom of child just passed away days ago. Suggested this could be a good distraction for the child. She says they're still sorting out all her stuff, including child's records. I told her what we would need to start is just a letter stating that they are the legal guardian of the child, and that because of their situation, we can be a little flexible in maybe waiting a little bit for the immunization records and let them start without it. Sending her the tour invite so she can schedule a tour asap. - PB
